This picture captures my Sadhana, which consists of singing and dancing to retro music (Dirty Dancing, anyone?) 😉
This gift of movement and sound is absolute ecstasy in my body, and I would choose this style over any yoga or seated meditation.
Why?
It sets me on fire, and we should all play and celebrate in the art forms that gift us the FIRE we already are.
Remember: AWARENESS IS AWAKE. It is the body that is opening up to your exquisiteness, and it needs your loving direction. So, if traditional Sadhana is irritating for you, maybe try dancing with the best dance partner in existence—Your Sacred Heart.
