In our first session, we focus on the importance and power of Awareness and its ability to transform our consciousness and, therefore, our lives.

In this session, we discuss how our thinking and feeling create an energy field around our body that is then naturally reflected in our daily lives. Our energy fields can be shifted when we return to Awareness and choose to love the physical body as a conduit for our experience. (as within, so without)

The Integration is the third and final session of the Masterpiece Intensive. In it, we review the first two sessions and meditate through the heartspace.
