A common question that I keep receiving is: “Anna, am I too old or too broken to reach liberation?”
Let's first be very clear in noting that liberation has nothing to do with reaching or achieving anything. I know that it’s very easy to believe that liberation is about becoming, but actually, it's a loss of the need to become anything other than what you are naturally. In other words, liberation is what's already appearing.
Liberation is timeless, so this is why it has nothing to do with age, conditioning, or a path to become. Liberation is also everywhere and simultaneously nowhere, so this is why it can’t be shared – only reflected.
And so I reflect unto myself:
Liberation appears as being a human
Liberation appears as being a plant
Liberation appears as being an emotion
Liberation appears as being a thought
Liberation appears as being a seeker
And Liberation appears as being the sought
In other words, the Mystery you are trying to reach and understand mentally is appearing as YOU trying to reach and understand it mentally!
Oh, the fucking paradox of life!
The mind, which is synonymous with beliefs and time, might be irritated by that statement, but what you really are knows unequivocally what I am speaking about because these words are a manifestation of oneness and what reads these words is a manifestation of oneness.
So what's all the fuss about?
As the very wise children’s song sings:
“Row, row, row your boat
Gently down the stream
Merrily merrily, merrily, merrily
Life is but a dream.”
🤸♀️,
Anna
