This knowing is fundamental in non-duality—in self-realization: The external reality is a direct reflection of your energetic field —thoughts, feelings, and how deeply you know yourself as the Timeless Seer.⁣

Ergo, it is super-duper important to get your positioning correct!⁣

Our first position should always be to rest as the silent watcher and allow the unconscious mind to be eaten by our profound seeing. From there, let your body bask in the unconditional bliss and inspiration of Pure Beingness. As you do, loving wisdom will guide the body and mind toward a new formation and crystallization of your energy field. Because again, that’s all “the world” is: a crystallization of energy temporarily being reflected. ⁣

Once you grasp that everything comes from silence, stillness, and awareness, your life will magically turn around because you now have the formula for success and true happiness! ⁣
